If you're running a Zenki FC turbo, put it in the turbo exhaust manifold.&nbsp You'll get quicker response and a more accurate reading off the probe installed there.

With a Kouki FC turbo, the turbo exhuast manifold is divided, so you can only take readings off one side, unless you buy another EGT.&nbsp It's "safer" to install the EGT probe in the downpipe, unless you're going to run two EGT (probes)...

it's also alot easier to install into the down pipe... get the probe installed into the pipe before you install it. you need another hole with a nut welded on.

Yea, I was wondering about this as well because I am ordering my egt gauge today more than likely and will be doing a little tuning myself using it.

So what wording should I use to tell Maztech where to install the probe? "In the turbo manifold"? Or what? Thanks.
