-First off....why do you need an apexi ecu?...and the two links you sent only one was an apexi the other was AEM which is pretty much a different ems all together.
-Second...what are you going to use it for, and before you say my car duh......I mean...do you know a T2 or na? what are you mods? turbo? I mean you leave us no information whatsoever.
-Third....hell when I was 15 my english was 10times better then yours..maybe you should worry more about school then your car...or manage both.

......why do you want to remove the current AFM?
Making too much power? It is restricting your airflow?
Standalones cost a lot. It would be money better spent on a free flowing exhaust. After that upgrade your turbo, and get a nice wastegate. Then go for some bigger injectors and then start considering upgrading to a standalone.
I am pretty sure the stock AFM is good up to about 350 or more HP.
Spend the money somewhere else.
Yes... age strangely does show through the forums. Immature responses, and demands for everyone else to do the work for you.
Eh. Good luck. Please don't destroy the T2. not enough of them around.

Question...not to be rude or a 2nd gen ******* but why are you on here instead of him? I think this matter would be resolved much quicker and easier if he explained his situation first hand instead of having his immature nephew pass on the work to everyone else. Oh yeah and like everyone else said, there would be more bang for the buck doing something else.

The Cause of Death
This is getting ridiculous, and retarded.
Bottom line, you need a stand alone engine management system. This will allow you, or your uncle, complete control over fuel injection and ignition timing, along with boost and a bunch of other goodies. This will cost thousands. A few places to look into are:
MegaSquirt
Haltech
Motec
Wolf3D
Microtech
Rtek
Google them all, or look at the Engine Management section on THIS forum.
Should you feel the need to post such easy questions again, I'm sure everyone would appreciate it if your spelling and grammar wasn't equivalent to that of a five year old. It makes things much easier to read if you type like an adult.
James
PS: If your uncle is bridge porting a motor and doesn't know anything about aftermarket ECU's, I can only imagine what that port will look like...
