Question ecu help...

ok i want to check my ecu to see if its the problem with my 6pi problem, i dont know if im retarded or what but i cant find the ecu haha.

in the 89-91 n.a. fsm it says lift up passanger floor mat and remove cover... haha i know for a fact there is nothing under my floor mat i took a look so where the hell is the ecu haha sorry if im retarded and its in plain sight :-/.

im pretty new to rx7's so sorry

The ECU is located in the passenger foot well area. Lift up the carpet under the dash and you will see a metal cover that bolts in at the top and bottom. The ECU is underneath that cover.

The ECU ground point is on top of the engine, not by the ECU. What exactly are you looking at? What probelms are you having with the 6PI system? The ECU would be the least likely cause of any problems.

o really? good to know, the 5th and 6th port aren't opening, i checked the solenoid and blew on the the little tube part and air was comming out of the filter so thats good, im thinking its the actuator? thanks for helping
