ecu for 88 turbo II

some dude told me that the N333 that came in my car was the wrong one for my 88 turbo 2. so i go and get a N318 which he says is the correct one. the only problem is that i want that rtek chip, and they say that its only for the N333 N327 or something like that. can anyone clarify? i am waiting form my engine harness so the car is not running yet.

N333 is the correct ECU for a USA spec 87.5 - 88 Turbo.

N318 is for Japanese Turbos

N327 would be for a USA spec 87.5-88 non turbo

That dude is wrong! For the 88 TII (S4 turbo) the N333 is the correct ECU and you can get the Rtek chip for that model.

so for a 10th anniversary the right one would be...? what computer differences is there for te 318 and the us 333? is the N318 a better computer? plus i think a open wire on my old jacked up harness burned my N333, it smells kinda funky.
