Is it easy to take off the emissions

I want to block off my egr valve on a 86 rx7 n/a. And all the other emissions. I have all the plates will it affect anything if i install them. Thanks Rob

besides the weight reduction... not much. i've seen a bunch of cars with the emissions removed and they run perfect. I'm gunna do it to my 86 rx7 too.

According to his provile, it's an 86, lol.

1st gens are only up until 85, for future reference

i recently removed all the emissions bullshit on my gsl-se and it runs perfectly
plus after all the **** i removed, ACV, AIRPUMP,AC,mis brackets, etc i swear i shaved 100 lbs off the weight of the car
im gonna weigh all the **** i removed one day, im just to lazy

Apparently this was moved from the Race car tech to here by a mod. I guess he was unaware that 1st gens only went to 85.
