the cars is an 88 t2 10th anniversary.

ok my idle has been crap ever since i bought the car. when i adjust the tps and throttle it to see if it smothly goes to 5k ohm it actually goes down to like .5 ohm, lol. the car idles at 2k normally and when i ebrake it, it goes down to like 1500rpm.
also when i clutch it and have it in gear the rpm goes up 300, note that it only happens when i have it in gear and the clutch is pushed down. my idiot light clock doesnt work if that matters. and my turbo timer voltmeter reads around 14 volts.
also bought a new battery. im thinking grounding my ECU and getting a working TPS and get a working BAC Valve. i think i have a big vaccum leak to but i cant seem to find it, is there any spots below the engine which i could get a vaccum leak from?
