Dynamic chamber to intake manifold gasket - yes (or use a thin film of RTV sealant)

Throttle body - a small drop or oil on the throttle shafts.

Between the two should be a thick plastic gasket with internal vacuum passages.

You may refer to the manuals at the link in my sig.

Why in the hell would you want to lubricate the chamber? there is no reason.

There is no need to lubricate the chamber. There are no moving parts.

If anything, lubricating it prior to re-assembly could be a problem, especially if your using an aftermarket intake. More particles will pass through with performance intakes, and with the oil you got in there it will just stick and gum up the whole inside after time. Before you know it you'll be taking it off to clean up your gummed up VDI once again. Clean it really good, make sure that the VDI moves smoothly, and with no oil put it all back together.

That's not the dynamic chamber. The dynamic chamber is the "square" part above the VDI valve.
