Dutch Winter Project...
Santa came early this year!
yesterday i picked up some big heavy boxes @ my supplier 8)
- Racing Beat 3” exhaust
- Racing Beat Sparkplug wires
- Samco Turbo hoses
- Racing Beat oil baffle plate
- Racing Beat oil pressure regulator
- Racing Beat thermal bypass pellet
- Racing Beat steel braided oil cooler lines
- Racing Beat oil cap
- Koyo radiator
- Samco radiator hoses
- Racing Beat front and rear sway bars
- Racing Beat sway bar end links
- Racing Beat DTSS eliminators
- Walbro 255l/h fuel pump
- Apexi AFC Neo
couple of quick pics, better ones will come soon!

expected to come in very shortly
- greddy boostcontroller
- hks ssqv blow-off
- black magic electric fan
- vems widebandcontroller
- egt sensor
- 720cc injectors
- fuel pressure regulator
- HKS Twin power
plans:
FD alternator & relocate
A/C removal
electric waterpump
relocate battery
powersteering removal
emissions removal
ABS removal
i just want to clean out the engine bay for easy working, weight reduction, simplified vacuum system and also looks and in the progress add some extra HP.
stock ECU will be programmed by a rotary specialist here in holland that has already tuned a 400+hp FC.
the Apexi AFC will only be used to get trough emissions...
for those who don't have a clue which car this is for:

Where is this tuner located? I'm in Germany and I am trying to find someone who can tune and wire a stand alone. Any info you can give me about him would be good. Thanks!

there's nothing wrong with this one, only i want to be able to have more control over the temp. and i want to be able to run the pump after i shut down the engine...

Hmmm... It sounds to me like you would get the same effect w/ a turbo timer. I understand that you would like more control over the water temp's (don't understand why) but I'm assuming you'd lke to keep the water pump running to cool the engine better; timer would be cheaper. But not as cool.

when the engine is shut down, it doesnt produce any more heat and runnning the pump then will be much more effective then with a turbo timer
i already have a turbo timer, but this is not really what i want. it does the trick to make sure i dont kill the engine before the turbo slows and cools down, but i just want the longer watercooling time after shutdown, cause with the turbo timer it only cools as long as the engine is running, and in the same time it produces more heat by idling...

a lot has happened since last update, with some bad news at the end...
time for an update:
put ont the sway-bars and adjustable end-links
the rear DTSS system removed (sort of "4-wheel steering system")
removed the entire airconditioning and powersteering.
also removed some excess wiring and brackets and added the new plug cables.
removed the windscreen washer reservoir and cause in the future it will have to go when the FMIC comes on...

then came the shitty part
removed the entire exhaust system and turbo and came to an unexpected suprise
the turbo is officially scrap metal!
- i have about 1,5-2mm radial play on the shaft
- the turbine has scraped on the inside of the housing
- the wastegate hinge has worn a little, making it stick in its movement
- numerous cracks in the turbine housing
glad i found this before something bad happened!
now to go over all the options and costs and see what's the best thing i can do at the moment.
in the meantime i will be taking apart the engine bay as planned

manifold is also junk, has 4 cracks in it...

went along with cleaning out the engine bay.
remover ABS, Battery, alternator, radiator, intercooler, oilcooler and more.
the end is starting to show, then i can start to clean it all up and start building again.

because i have decided to get the enginebay painted while im at it, more parts need to come out!

easy working!

the bay is looking like this at the moment, waiting for more parts to come out
