bearings/bushings/any imbalance can make a vibration, but they usually occur at specific harmonics. At certains speeds, things can self balance. on paper it doesn't seem that way, but from my real world experience, this is very true.
that is true and something you learn in NVH(noise/vibration/harshness) class in automotive sciences and technical schools.

but what i mean is that at higher speeds the vibration increases in velocity, meaning it gets more violent with speed.

Swapped out the half shaft. Cleared everything up.
