alright...weird noise coming from what i believe is my driveline. basically when i'm accelerating there's no noise but when i start to decel, while still in gear there's a weird scratching. it sounds like its a rotating noise, its not a constant scratch but a repetitive one. while i'm decelerating in gear this happens but when i clutch in the noise goes away or when i put it in neutral and just coast. the noise isnt apparent on acceleration either. i'm confused as to what it may be. any ideas? thanks.

oh yeah, just for those that'll ask its an S5 T2.

 

my s4 na does this too sometimes. does yours also do it when accelerating in reverse? i know my front diff mount is busted so that might have something to do with it, but idk for sure. might wanna check it out.

 

yeah it does it when i'm accelerating in reverse as well. i'll check out the diff mount. anyone else have any ideas?
