TII Drivelines

Are the series 4 ('86-'88) TII drivelines the same as the Series 5 ('89-'91) drivelines? -- I'm getting a J-Spec TII Engine + Tranny and need the back half of the driveline

There are minor differences. If you use an 87-88 transmission you'll need an 87-88 transmission mount. The driveshafts are the same. The rears will both bolt in just fine, but they're slightly different. They have the same ratio, but one is viscous and one is mechanical(87-88). Also 5th gear is a little taller in the 89-91 transmissions.
