I have a questions.
1. are the s4 engines auxillary ports activated by back pressure?
2. if so what is the biggest downpipe you could posiblly use before you affect you auxillary ports?

Your talking n/a right? S4's, work off back pressure yes..if your still running a cat you should have no problems opening your ports.

Is there anyway i can remove the cats, and still run a fairly large DP without wiring the ports open on my S4 N/A? time for some more searching through countless threads

Sometimes they will fully open even with a header and a cat replacement pipe, and sometimes they only open half way, sometimes they just dont open. Its a gamble on whats going to happen.

Tyler: get a header and not a downpipe. Contact admin@fc3s.org and see if hes doing another group buy. If not, they still have kick *** prices.
