dot3 in spark plug holes?

dot3 in spark plug holes?

i was talking to my neighbor today and hes a mechanic but i dont knwo if i trust it. he told me to keep the oil seals good and to keep good compression to put some dot3 in the spark plug holes and leave it over nite then start it and let the smoke run out. does that work?

I think it would work if our seals were rubber. But they're not.
