Doing a jdm turbo II s5 swap into a usdm s4 body

Hello fellow rotor heads I have a question, Im doing a s5 jdm motor (turbo II) and dropping it into a s4 body, I would like to know how different is the engine and body harness gonna be as in emissions crap and etc. , the engine harness is for an s5 but usdm not jdm remember the motor is jdm and the body harness is for an s4. The reason I ask is because some plugs arent matching up into the body harness by the Ecu. Any help would be appreciated Thank You.
