Does an S4 have license plate bulbs?

Got pulled over and notified my license plate bulbs were out. Went to autozone bought a pair and when I went to install them I didnt see anywhere they could possibly go. Am I missing something?

How did you know what size to buy? Is the light above the plate?

You get to them from the inside of the car. Twist out, twist in. It's that simple.
