Do I remove this? OMP injectors

I'm just trying to be as safe as possible. Should I remove those and then use my bolts or just screw in on top of them? Cause everyone warns me of screwing in to far and messing up the internals, but those (infringement nozzles? ) would stop me from screwing the bolts in to far right? And also When I use my plugs can i use lock tight to make a seal and hold the bolts in? or is the pipe fitter liquid Teflon the way to go?

Leave it alone.

I didn't even use Loctite on mine and they don't leak... but I suppose I should have to be on the safe side.
