do I change these bushings too? rearend

I've been taking apart the rear end to change bushings and repaint to stop the rust. I bought an Energy suspension master kit.
on the rear end there are two dog bones that connect to the rear lower control arms. My kit came with some bushings, but not the steel tubes to go inside the new bushing. I don't know if I am missing parts, or the kit doesn't come with them an I am supposed to reuse the stock ones.

The dog bone end links themselves are different, in that they seem like they are supposed to move. but I don't know if they are really worn out or supposed to do that. They seem sloppy to me. I don't want to take them out if I'm not supposed to.
I tried to find an online pic to show you what I'm talking ab out, but I couldn't

Hey tweaked, I know this isn't the place for it but any reason you are no longer responding to my pms? I already paypaled you so just wanted to know what's up?

I got it figured out. I don't change the dog bone bushings.

However, I am having a hell of a time getting the rear lower control arm bushings in. They are too big. I even ground some off with the bench grinder and they are still too big. The box, and the instructions say the kit is for an 86-91 Rx7.
I have fought for two hours trying everything to make even one bushing go in all the way. What am I doing wrong? I have tried a C clamp with very large washers to try and press it in. I have tried a dead blow hammer. I've tried bleeding, cussing, yelling, pleading, nothing works.
Please help, I would love to get the rear end back in tomorrow.
