Year? Model?

Some years don't have EGR valves, and some years if you remove the air pump you will loose port and VDI activation.

If you plan on removing the air pump and EGR might as well go ahead and ditch the ACV and cats since they wouldn't last to long without it. If you are n/a s5 I would leave the air pump and acv(no egr on s5), unless you have another way of activating the vdi and 6pi.

The question you need to answer (to yourself), WHY do you think you need to remove your 'emission' equipment? Do you think you are going to gain some mad, tight horsepower?

More likely you will run into the Law of Unintended Consequences when you f**K up your car and it doesn't run right.

There are enough "Help me, my car is overheating" and "Help! I have to keep my foot on the gas when warming up, and "Why won't my car Idle" threads out there.

With the exception of removing the Catalytic converter to open up the exhaust flow, the very BEST thing that can happen is that none of the factory idle control system will function and your car will be a pain in the *** until it warms up.

You will probably have a poor idling, overheating hacked-up car with vacuum leaks and EITHER no top end or no low end.

My advice is to hang around the forum, read, learn, fix the things that are broken on your car. Do the maintenance needed and enjoy getting to know your FC.

That being said, good luck.
