DIY BOV good writeup~?

Im picking a Walbro 255 fuel pump off ebay to protect my car from det*
Since this is going to cost me about $130 I'm not going to be able to afford a new BOV for my custom TID.

I'm looking for a write up on a DIY BOV to keep my turbo in tune until I get the money for a new HKS bov.
I have a write up on a DIY BOV but its not very clear on the how to part (not to mention no pics to help)
I want the custom BOV to do its job for about a month + if not more.

Anybody have a write up on relocating the stock BOV?

I did this DIY BOV with heater hose, a brass swing valve and a plastic plug for the TID. Search and I know you can find the thread, I'll get some pics up later.

there is also the vacuum bleeder method. It involves a TEE with two adjustable vacuum bleeders. It bleeds the air after the BOV nipple as to not upset the engine too much and at the same time not cause the BOV to vent at idle.

Do you happen to have this set up. I was just hoping for a picture of the completed project so I could compare when I was done.

I put a 2" piece of 1" hose on the BOV, then screwed in a piece of threaded pipe, then screwed on a swing valve, then another piece of pipe, then a 1" to 1.5" pipe adapter.

its SUPER loud, unless you're near like an srt-4 or something. (they sound like a steam engine!)

"Go to the hardware store and buy two miniature plastic irrigation taps and a matching T-piece - about $2 for the lot."

The key word is irrigation.
