Differential ( NA or TII???? )

I own a S5 NA w/turbo2 tranny swap. My only problem now is figuring out if the differential I have is NA or TII? My car has the drive shaft, flywheel, and clutch ( all TII). The previous owner couldnt tell me.

Are there any visual aspects to look out for on the exterior or do I have to open it up to truly find out????

I'm thinking a 90 GTU (unless it's a GTUs) does NOT have a LSD, where the turbo does.

Or you can jack up the back-end, block one tire from spinning and spin the other one. If it spins freely, no LSD.

If your information is 100% accurate then you have a TII diff. WHY?

because the TII driveshaft will NOT fit on the NA Diff
the NA Driveshaft will not fit in the TII Tranny.

Only one other thing: MAYBE the previous owner bought a Mazdatrix TII-tranny-to-NA-Diff driveshaft.
