dieing after high revs

if i rev my 1988 t2 ,with s5 jdm motor swap, to a high rpm then let off the gas and let it come down by its self the rpm goes down and sometimes dies.. wats the problem? any help greatly appreciated!!

could be BAC valve or dashpot adjustment.

ya its my BAC then cuz i know its bad. u think its my BAC?
