My suggestion is to make a new thread about your problems to get more of a response.

yeah, that looks pretty sweet. Those secondary runners are massive. All you used was a wire wheel on a dremel to get it smooth? I used some sanding wheels on mine and it didnt come out nearly that well. Also, did you use templates or is this your own creation?

i used a stone bit to take away the material, and sanding bits to smooth it out, then a wire wheel to do the finer smoothing.

Probably not needed, but in stock form there is still one, so I added one just for the hell of it on my exhaust ports.

i have a hard time believing an apex seal will catch on the opening edge of the exhaust port... the closing edge, definitely understandable... but the opening edge?

I have tested for spark, fuel, compression, timing, and then some and still cannot find out what is wrong. can you please help me out with some suggestions?

8's,
achilles.
Check the Check engine Light is it on .. if so retrieve the code might be a sensor out or huge vacuum leak

I can't wait to do some serious porting on my spare housings. I have 2 engines laying in the shop to tear down and reassemble as a running engine.

I am no expert on what is good/bad for porting.......but I like what I saw in your pics. Good job!
