Did I check compression right?

this is what I did..removed the egi fuse ..unhooked CAS..took out both upper plugs (by the way 1988 13b n/a) unsrcewed the valve on the regular comression tester got someone to roll it over ..put tester in first plug hole..look at meter while engine was rolling over ..(even bounces apex seals ok)..put tester valve back in and rolled it over for about 2-3 seconds reading at 120-125..did same procedure for other rotor ....DID I DO the compression check ok?.. thanks in advance guys...Dave.

Did you forget to prop the throttle fully open?

Great numbers, but not only WOT RETed, but I believe that the engine must be at operating temperature, not cold. Correct?

That is correct.
For the compression numbers to be more accurate, it needs to be done with the engine at normal warm temps.
Cold temps will tend to spit out higher than normal numbers.

I did a compression test on a 86 NA that I was interested in the other day.
It hit a little over 100 on each rotor.
146k.
I was impressed.

Comp. numbers only changed by a couple of psi on my car between warm and cold when I did it. Your car is probably actually around 115 when warmed up.
