did a comperssion check today!

ok so i did what everyone has been telling me to do. I did a compression test the front rotor i tested came to about 90 psi. The rear one i did had ZERO compression. can some tell me what i should do will the car still run fine on one rotor ????

uhhh NO!!!!!! I would be suprised if you can even start it, unless you pull start it. the bottom line is you need to REBUILD you engine or get a new engine!

You can get it running but I would highly advise against it unless you know there aren't any pieces of apex seal or something in there to ruin the rotor.

The max speed you'll hit is like 35mph and you'll be throwing a lot of flames.

Time for a rebuild.

Hmm, I remember reading a thread where rear rotor and 0 compression, and it ended up just being flooded.

hey ok well i got the car running i will do another compresion test tomorrrow
so we will see if that was the thing

It's because of the sleepy eye headlights... the car thinks it's broken. It's purely psychological.

No no its because of the owner.

In any case try unflooding it and hope for the rotor gods to come and help you out. If not then you will need a rebuild.

I second that . I would too

Back on topic, I thought my car had low compression (didnt do a compression test), but I could drive it fine. I only got to 3.5K on the tach which translate to how fast? ( my speedo cable is broken).
