Diameter of FC wheel hub?

Anyone know the diameter of the wheel hub for a 89 TII? I bought some wheel spacers to fit FD wheels on and the hub ring is to wide, I'm getting a little vibration. Anyone know?

Its probably not centered right...

JB-weld the spacers to the wheels (on-center as much as you can), bolt them on to the car, let them sit there for the night so the JB-weld dries properly. Next day, take the wheels off and get'em balanced.

Problem solved.

wow, seriously? JB weld the spacer!?!!? There's like a 2-3mm gap all around the hub!!! The wheels are already balanced, I just need the diameter of the hub so I can buy the correct hub ring.

Uhm, I'm no quite sure. Stock FD wheels, and the spacers are some ones I found on e-bay. I'm just going to have to buy some ones that aren't e-bay cheap-os. That was a bad move. I have looked and looked and can't find any hub rings with 59.6mm inner and 67.1mm outer! So, this time I guess I'll buy the 90.00 kind! Damn, I drove it last night after installing them and the vibration got rally bad; I pulled over and the freaking lugs on my driver-front wheel were finger tight!!!!

Wow, so I fixed the vibration and the loosening lig nuts. The hub ring that came with the spacers were to "long" and not allowing the wheel to sit fully on the spacer!!! I popped that baby out, bolted the whells back up and went the area for a spin with some aggressive turning. No vibration, checked the lug nuts; and they were tight tight tight. Wierd. Still going to get some higher end spacers though and get the proper rings on, it just feels safer.
