$300 sounds a bit high for a pair of driving lights that aren't even legal. You'd need to get them DOT approved before I might spend $150 on them.

Economies of scale are going to be in place when you actually mass produce them. You'll be buying lights and such in large quantities and your cost will be significantly less than retail which is what you're spending now.

If you really wanted to make a cool conversion...

Take two 9005's and their respective high beams and make a dual round light single lense replacement that would mount in the 6054 hole.

HEY BLUE 90 DO YOU HAVE TO ADJUST YOUR HEIGHT EVERY TIME YOU PUT UP YOUR LIGHTS SINCE YOU JUST HAVE IT MOUNTED WITH A KILL SWITCH, OR DO THEY "POP UP" TO THAT HEIGHT EVERY TIME? EITHER WAY IT LOOKS GOOD.

AS FOR THE ORIGINAL POST THEY LOOK GOOD BUT WOULD LIKE TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH, OTHER THAN THAT I'M IN.

hey whats up
yeah i have to adjust it every time. but after a while you get a feel for the right amount of time you click down on the headlight switch to the time you hit the kill switch. either way, its pretty easy to at least get a feel for when to press it so it is at a decent height.

actually the company he was going through found it to be too costly and was not cost effective to produce...he mentioned that he was nolonger going to persue this because he had spent way too much money on research and development and nothing was moving forward in regards to the production. sorry guys...

I'd definitely be interested.... I was already looking into getting the Knight Sports kit, but if you can produce these for the price you mentioned, I'd absolutely get a set!!!
