a little confused how many o rings should there be per fuel injector. i bought two seperate pair, one pair came with only 2 o rings (so they can seat in the fuel rail) and the other came with 4 2 the same as the other injectors and it came with two larger green o rings and im not sure where they go..? or if the green o rings are just for a different setup..any help appreciated

 

there should be a fatter one on the bottom and at the top there should be a skinny smaller one.

 

Are you talking about o-rings or rubber grommets? You should have o-rings at the very top, and then upper and lower grommets. Check here at the bottom: http://www.mazdatrix.com/c-6.htm.

you confused people by saying 2/4 per injector. there's only 1 o-ring per injector on the standard setup. or 3 if you count the gromments, none of which made sense in your post at all.

 

The green o-rings he mentioned may be larger (14mm?) for American-style rails.

 

yea the picture posted is correct..
The grommet on the bottom is referred to as a Denso Donut.
The only O-ring is the one at the top, and if it came with bigger ones they are for a 14mm rail..
Standard is 2mmx8mm (11mm rails) and bigger is a 2-203 (14mm rails)

 

read again i didnt say 2/4 per injector in my post, i clearly said one pair of injectors came with two o rings, and the second pair came with 4 o rings...
