Deciding if irons are usable

Center iron: Do the ports extend to far towards the center of the iron? To me it looks like it just touches the edge of the oil seal track, + i want to clean up the ports and since they look like **** now...

Rear iron:
Is it even ported?

the first picture, it looks usable, but needs ton of clean up. But the other port on the other side of the middle plate, thats just unusable. The inner line is just inside of the oil seal track a little too much, especially on the bottom part. Looks like its 3mm into the seal track

That engine worked more or less fine, until i blew the turbo on a track weekend. It had run aprox 6 000km since last rebuild.

I'm glad i decided going NA instead of just putting on a new turbo, otherwise i would not have teared it down and figured out what horrible work had been done to it before i took over...

Last owner said that the engine was buildt by a guy who knew his stuff, but obviously that wasn't true.
