Dear God

Yo,

i'v got a 87 TII (made in november) and am getting tons of fuel in my oil system and need advice. NO THE CAR DOSENT BURN OIL OVER THE REGULAR AMOUNT. there for rules out the oil conrol rings. from a rotory expert of 15+ years i got these culprits pulsation damper, fuel presuer regulator, and/or fuel injectors.
i no how to test the injector, but i dont no how to test the other two. there in lies the question. can u help me you r my only hope.

if the turbos are the same, look at your fuel rail on the intake, the end of it is the PD, if its wet then its bad, and that could cause a fire, so get it fixed quick, again i dont if turbos and na's are the same, but in s4's the pd is a weak point, so i would check it out. anyway hope that helps

The S5's PD are just as bad as the S4's.

Low compression will casue excess fuel in the oil.. So will leaky injectors.. Do you have hard start problems? "check the manual" as you like to say, the injector should read open or closed rapidly and you can test them with normal equiptment at home.. If you suspect the injectors then send them off to be cleaned and tested.

If the car is running richer then stock, you will pollute the oil with fuel. The first step is a full tuneup and sensor check to make sure things are operating as they should. After that, make sure the purge system is working properly.

Of course, it could just be worn out as well.

i only get hard start problems when i run it past 5500k rpms. then shut it off then try to start it up again within 20-30 minutes

You shut the engine off while the engine is revving at FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED RPM'S???
There's your problem.

GFD Ted, hawt avatar^^^ where do you get these? and you must be up early, its almost 9am est... if youre in hawaii, its like what... 3-4am there?

and i dont think he's cutting the engine off at 5500 rpm... i think he runs it to 5500rpm when driving... but i know you were just kidding tho, shut off like normal i suppose?? Sounds like hes rich.
