Deactivate Theft Deterrant system

I was having an issue starting my car and after jumping out the STARTER CUT RELAY the car started. This leads me to believe that my cars Alarm System is malfunctioning and causing the car not to start. Is there a fuse that I can remove or an easy way to bypass the Alarm system? Thanks!

I am sure others will pipe in on this. The alarm module for the S4 is on the back of the panel under the glove box. The S5 is different which is 89-91 models. I took mine off when it was just alarming for nothing. The issue I have is I have an S4 88 turbo II and it was brittle when i pulled the panel and it busted up on the corners when I removed it to pull it. I did a search using google with rx7club and fc alarm removal or something like that when I found threads about removing or unplugging it. Here is a link on the alarms.
