Dazed and Confused!

I had a perfect Idle at 800 rpm as well as timing !!!!! took it out for a run before heading to get an emissions and alignment. got there and now it wont idle below 2000rpms.

checked my bac, 13.6 ohms so i switched it, with a 11.3 i had lying around. also made it click with a 12v battery source. when i pull the plug off or adjust the screw nothing happens. (I have the jumper connected)

wtf...

um do you still have cruise control hooked up?

(I had a problem similar to do that it and ended up being the cruise control cable snagging on the throttle cable)

and voila perfect idle

If you pull the plug off w/no load then nothing material should happen as the BAC is only supposed to support the engine idling when there is sufficient load to drop it in the first place. Try pulling the plug off with the A/C running as there should be a noticeable difference. After the car has been running for a while the BAC should vibrate for a period of time when the engine has been turned off. You could also take a pair of needle nosed pliers and gently squeeze the air hose connected to the BAC and see if it alters the RPM any.

... sorry for being a whiney #$%&*, took of the intercooler and replaced it with pvc pipe i had previously made. turns out im missing the locker nut for the throttle plates adjust screw. which if im not mistaken should be touching it just slightly. so it must have vibrated wile driving, moving the throttle plates open more and more each time. im back to 750rpm +- anyone know what size it is or have an extra? thanks vicious for having me look back there and the bac does vibrate a lil when you shut the car off. thanks satch

also how do i adjust my pos ebay greddey bov?
