Lightbulb daytime running lights?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me on how to go about changing this lens.....

into a daytime running light or just change the turn signal from the bottom one up to this one.... any ideas?

I think you can get a J-spec headlight conversion for a whole bunch of $, or I think it's Aaroncake who uses a daytime running light system, you might want to do a search. -Craig

so, i did it today and it looks nice! but you dont have to solder, i used these little clips that attach to the wire you want to run off of and then you run the extra wire you want with it inside of it as well and then clamp down a metal clip type thing on it so it cuts the wires on both sides and transfers the electricy to the extra wire. its called something like solderless clips or something like that, but they are very usefull and a LOT less of a hassle...ill try and get some pics asap...

Duct tape your highbeam switch to your steering, instant daytime running lights

Why would you want that anyway???

During the day, pull your retractor fuse and turn your lights on... daytime running lights... at night, put the fuse back in so you can actually see
