Take the car to the dealership. Isn't there a recall for that?

Only Mazda dealers will fix recalls for you for free. I took my wife's MX-3 in for the same thing but they didn't fix it. Man... I hope that doesn't start in my FC. I've already had the driver's side replaced for free.

PS - 4 quarts and get a Fram PH6607, not the smaller PH3593A.

I would say closer to 5 quarts and use OEM Mazda oil filter but like you said you have no dealership in your town. You could always try mazdaformance for cheap parts.

If the car is beeping there is a problem that must be corrected.

Beeps can be caused by power steering reporting codes (as covered in the FAQ at the top of this section), as well as by the lights on, the key in the ignition and door open, seat belt warning (in some countries), and by convertible top operation (only on convertible models).

Then there are also buzzers, the buzzers can be triggered by low oil, loow coolant, or over rev.

Fix your car and the beeping or buzzers will go away.

and you can't remove the beepers or buzzers without cutting them off circuit boards

and I dont think you would want to remove them since they warn you of things that could potentially cost you your engine.
