cutting the RB springs ?

Well thiers lots of mixed opinions here...I will go look for some used adjustible shocks but if I cant find any I have no problem cutting the RBs. And cutting Two coils is not realistic. Im only talking about .6 inches here.

i've never done suspension work on an rx7 but on most cars where i've done wheel bearings and ball joints theres a screw with a cam on it at the bottom of the shock that adjusts camber, its hard to get it right by just looking though

if you cut the spring it will take more force to compress it the same distance
