Crunching brakes>?

Alright boys, my brakes are doing some weird ****. Not all the time but fairly regularly when I brake and most often at slower speeds, like when completly stopping, I get this crunching sound that I also kind of feel through the peda. HAd the dealership take a look at em and they say everything looks fine. pads are fine, rotors are fine.... anyone experienced this?????

Might be the brake lines or the master cylinder. Do you have ABS??

Have never experienced, or heard of, the "crunching" noise if pads and rotors ok. Try and isolate front or rear, then inspect them closely. I've experiened a groning or slight creaking noise when pistons are sticking in the caliper. Best pull front pads and look at the pistons and make sure they move freely in the bores. Then pull rear calipers and see if pistons turn in freely.
Hope this helps
