i only drive my car 4-5 months of the year. i'm not really worried about mileage. the more i drive the car the better.

Traffic I can see, but cops?

Isn't the idea of cruise control to set it at an acceptable speed?

Why wouldn't yo want to take a long trip in the 7? They are beautiful cars to drive, and I love driving. The argument of gas mileage is moot since, if you drive a 7 AT ALL, you're burning way more fuel than you would in a 4cyl beater.

And who cares about mileage? I'll soon be rolling over 300,000kms in my DD N/A....thats something to be proud of. The TII only has 116,000kms but its only driven 4-5 months of the year...good LUCK putting on a tonne of mileage in that short time. Even if you take some long trips.
