Crank no start. SOS
I have a 1988 N/A 13b vert with a 5 speed. It’s got a bit of a story to my entire process of issues. It’s a 3 owner car that sat in a corner of a barn since 2016 then I came along through a fuel pump in it and daily drove it for a month when I started having flooding issues. I’d start the car drive it the come back to start it later and it would be flooded after just sitting and finally when I started having big issues the car was idling like a big block V8 that had ALL of the cam possible in it. We pulled the upper intake checked out vaccum lines wires and injectors. Everything seemed good so I started testing fuel psi that checked out. Replaced the o2 sensor since it was the factory one and fixed an exhaust leak. While checking the fuel psi I spilled a little fuel and forgot about then proceeded to start the car and lit it on fire. The fire was right in the area of the primary injectors. Pulled the UMI again inspected the damage (it was just the oil injector and vaccum lines) and replaced everything. After everything was fixed the car fired up it was flooded and spit a bit of gas out of the exhaust on first start up. I still had fuel issues running to rich so I pulled the brake booster line with made it idle normally. Then I messed with the TPS and my air adjustment screw and those helped it made it idle alot better but still not right and it would choke and sputter around 2k rpm and then clear up around 3k rpm. After a lot of adjusting I tried to take it on a drive down the road which was unsuccessful so I pulled it back into the garage shut it off messed with the idle screw on top started it again let it run for a couple minutes then shut it off and had to leave. The car sat for only a couple hours when me and my buddys went to work on it again and ever since then(yesterday) the car will not start it just cranks doesn’t even hardly try to sputter. We pulled spark plugs they spark. It’s got air. And it got flooded so we know it’s getting fuel (it won’t try to fire off on starting fluid either). Tonight we messed with timing and that didn’t change anything either just crank crank crank. Could use some serious help here hoping to have a big work day on it tomorrow any help is much appreciated thanks yall

Sounds like the injectors need to be cleaned. Possible they have some debris in them and are leaking fuel. I would send them out for a cleaning before proceeding with anymore troubleshooting. It would also be wise to pop the fuel pump top hat and inspect the inside of the fuel tank for rust/gunk, and change the fuel filter if you havn't already.
Also sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Without starting another fire, spray carburetor cleaner in various places around the intake while the engine is idling. And changes in idle will tell you that you have a vacuum leak. When dealing with an old unit thats been sitting, it's best to replace all gaskets, vacuum lines, and o-rings from the intake ports to the end of the throttle body.
Stop messing with other stuff until you get these 2 things in order.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, If you drove it for a month without issues you should probable check compression first.

Sounds like leaking fuel injectors causing the flooding, and possibly over-rich conditions. Should send them out for testing or just replace them. I recommend RC engineering, usually a 3 day turn around time for me but they are only ~100 miles away from me.
Turning all the adjustment screws blindly doesn’t help. Check the FSM.

That sounds exactly like bad injectors, i had that happen to me as well except mine were stuck closed. What eventually fixed them was letting them sit in some diesel for a while.
