cost effectiveness of a caliper rebuild

my front right caliper (4 piston) has been jacking up ever since i have had my car (about a year)

it hasn't been bad enough for me to HAVE to do something about it, but its very annoying

it is rubbing on the inside, and i've had to replace that inside pad 2-3 times

it doesnt heat the wheel up too much, but the it pulls to the right a little at any speed

should i rebuild it or just get a new (used but good ) one???
