Hi all, I havn't posted many times here but I read everything. I just wanted to let you know that I installed a bonez superflo cat and a Corksport catback system last night on my 86 GXL NA. I did a Bonez intake a little while ago. The Corksport looks great and sounds amazing. Pictures and a sound clip will follow soon!

I'm not sure exactly what you mean? We have the Bonez superflo with a precat and a main cat and then the Corksport the rest of the way. However, I am wondering what I might be able to find for a presilencer that would fit. The sound is very rich and deep. It's louder in the low rpms. I have very old neighbors all around and will think about this presilencer a bit.
My freind got his setup from RB. He got a header/main long pre-silencer setup. It is the RB header don't know which one but then there is a long pre-silencer that replaces all the cats and hooks to the y-pipe. We are going to put it on soon.

compared to what I've heard on the various sound clips posted, this sounds very deep and rich. There is no raspy whine or bumblebee fart can even at WOT. There is a significant drone around 3000 rpms. I am going to think about some type of presilencer if I can figure out a good option there. Sound clip in a couple of days.
but i got mine for $10 and the bonez is $100...... right now ive got my engine in peices and im trying to get my 6 ports working so i gotta spend all my money on that (air compressor and what not)
For real! Where's the sound clips guys??? I'm interested to hear how the Bonez (damn I love that thing...wouldn't trade it for the world...well almost) sounds with the corksport (or any other cat-back besides the rx7.com one). I love how the Bonez sounds...even better how it PERFORMS! Even when I go true dual, I want some Bonez pre-silencers, and if I find some kinda way a kitty also. But that's beside the project that I really want for the exhaust...just think 2 650cc engines, wonder what I could do?
