ITs not the fan, Its the sensor. Do you still have it plugged in? If you do, when the cars gets over 180 something it will want to turn the fan on. But its not there, so, you e get the buzzer, telling you your fan didnt turn on. Good thing if you have a manual switch. Then you know when the car turns the fan on and you can flip it on. If your fan is always on, then you might not be cooling enough. That sounds about right.

The cooling fan warning light has nothing to do with the A/C. If it did it'd be called the A/C warning light instead.

Look under the rad air redirect thingy. The black one in front of the car. There is a fan there to help with cooling.
If the warning light in the car is on, your fan isnt working. You have a sensor on top by the termostat (in the TII, should be around there in n/a) Its either unplugged, not grounding, or the sensor is bad. Or your fan is bad. When the warning light comes on (a bit above 180deg) it means your cpu or whatever controls it im not sure, but it tried to turn it on and didnt. So once your light comes on you need more cooling and probably will over heat soon. But not at the moment it comes on. Go to pick and pull and rip one off a 626 or something. There all the same. Or if you dont have the fan anymore, run a ground wire to it. I think that should stop it from coming on. But I dunno if thats a good idea. Keep an eye on your temps!
