coolent is foamy
just woundering, my add coolent light keeps coming on, and i check it and it was not low but it is foamy. why is it like that?

no i found it is leaking at the radeator cap i will have to get a new one.
if it was the o rings wouldn't i be burning fluid?
because i'm not burning any.
