You most likely have a bad coolant seal inside the engine, which requires a rebuild to fix. Combusiton gases are forced into the coolant passages pressurizing the system. To make sure, take off the fill cap when the engine is cold. Start the engine. If bubbles form, theres a minor leak. If coolant shoots out you have a major one.
Remove the radiator cap, start the car and rev the engine. Are there bubbles coming up in the coolant? Not turbulence, but actual bubbles? If so, it is likely a coolant seal problem and time for an engine rebuild. If there are no bubbles, replace the radiator cap with a new OEM cap and see if that corrects the problem.
Also, if the thermostat you used was not OEM, replace it with an OEM thermostat.

I've had two cars in the shop recently with bad pressure caps. Both exhibited the loss of coolant symptom but none of the other coolant seal problems. The pressure cap is designed to allow coolant to escape as it warms and expands and then allow it to be drawn back in when it cools and contracts. When they fail they sometimes aren't allowing the coolant to re-enter the system. The overflow becomes full and spills coolant. The light comes on and you add more coolant which gets dumped on the ground via the overflow bottle. Never ending cycle. A new cap is a relatively inexpensive part to try.

am going to try the new cap but i hope this it what the problem is cuz i don't have money for a rebuilt right now so..C.Ludwig wish me good look any other suggestion that might be causing this?
Ok, I just went out, drained my overflow bottle until it was at the full mark... no higher.
I switched out my radiator caps.. (my koyo rad. has one and theres the stock one up higher) and refilled the car with coolant... started up with the upper cap off... let run revved up and no bubbles at all.. not much turbulence just flow. let run.. put cap on, let run... and everything appeared in order.... am I missing anything?
Ive yet to drive it.. (flat tire, waiting on a friend to fill it up) but is there things to look for or should I expect issues while driving if it appears fine now?

It didn't overflow with the radiator cap off and the engine warmed up? If not then you're probably in good shape.
You could have too much coolant in your system. The extra will go to the overflow bottle. Empty your overflow completely, then fill up your radiator. Run the engine or drive for a bit; the extra coolant will go to the overflow bottle. If everything is fine after that - i.e., no coolant buzzer, top not blown off the overflow bottle, no spraying coolant, no leaks, etc. - then add (or remove) coolant to get your overflow bottle at "F". A little over "F" is okay. Now you're good to go.
Oh yeah, if your car is running hot it'll put a little more coolant into overflow. Normal is 1/4 on the gauge, 1/2 is hot, 3/4 is pushing the limits, 7/8 is overheat. If you're running hot, the first thing to try is to get an *OEM* thermostat. Even if your aftermarket thermostat is brand new it can still be lousy. Even if your temp is fine now you should get an OEM thermostat at some point to prevent future problems (running hot or even overheating). www.rx7.com has them, so do Mazda dealers. Auto stores typically carry aftermarket thermostats only.
