Are ya sure it isnt Oil droplets? Maybe from an oil leak? Is it Right Over the exhaust only? or is it covering the whole bumper right to left?

I don't see how you could possibly have coolant on the rear bumper... But lets start with basics, have you checked the radiator, cap, and lines for leaks? Has your coolant buzzer gone off? Does your overflow bottle go through coolant? Does your car smoke or does the exhaust have a sweet smell to it? It could be that your burning coolant from a leaky water jacket seal... if it is than you will know soon enough because your coolant will be low. Do you have any aftermarket gauges for water temp or water pressure?

Check the exhaust, if you see white smoke or smell sweet odor from the exhaust its a coolant leak that is being burned in the exhaust, and could possibly (not likely) but possibly condensing on the bumper after your drive is complete. Would be similar to a rich car leaving black sooty smoke on the back bumper.

This is where I would start. Assuming it is coolant.

Obviously the gallon of coolant that you keep where your spare tire used to be has ruptured... Hopefully your just mistaking the washer fluid in the back spilling to coolant...that's if you have a hatch wiper and you actually fill the fluid reservoir

It's probably condensation

Do you have cold weather? When it was cold out and I'd drive the fc some water would come from the tails even if it didnt rain racently.

87 t-66 is right. Open up your rear hatch and take off the carpet and see if your fluid reservoir is leaking. I don't know if GTU models came with rear wipers or not, but if you have them then you should definitely check it, because I can't see any reason at all for why there would be coolant all the way in the back on your rear bumper.
