Converting rpm sensitive steering to speed sensitive.

I have a 90 convertible that i have done a complete turbo swap on, but i still have the rpm sensitive steering. What all is needes to convert it to speed sensitive. I know i will need the rack, power steering pump and lines, but what other sensors are needed? And is it even worth doing? Thanks...
