Convertible top?

So i just bought a apexi power fc for my turbo vert. Im pretty sure its not going to allow the top to work. So my question is has anyone else dealed with this problem and how? I am thinking of just running a separate circuit for the top after i install the power fc. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

How will it work if you put a turbo ecu in and it doesnt? The power fc is for a 3rd gen. Have you done this? Thanks

I have done it. I did a turbo swap and it works. Both S4 and S5.
Thanks Robert

The top is not controlled by the ECU. We are running the FD PFC in our 91 vert with 13b-re, top goes up and down just fine.
