confused?

after reading some threads i'm thinking why would you put 2 stroke oil in the fuel surely there must be a oil spray built into the engine that is sufficient to lubricate the rotors ?by adding more oil would i imagine create more friction on the tips and rotor wall creating more wear?
from what i can recall of my rx2 days the only time you added oil was straight into the carb of a non starter to increase the compression thus helping it to start ?

Most people premix because they block off or remove the oil injection system. Premixing with the OMP still functioning won't hurt anything. I premix with my OMP still on but only because I suspect it is not injecting oil
