i did a compression test on my tII today the front was 92 and the rear was 95 is that good or bad i dont know thank's

 

if the engine was warmed and the test done correctly, your compression is a little low. It could last a couple years..but it is droppin.

 

How much miles?
On a stock rebuild after break-in, it might be a little low, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

if it starts, runs and makes power, the motor is fine. A rotary is not like a piston engine where the valve guides start to leak or the rings start to wear out where you need to check the compression regularly.
Drive the car until it doesnt run anymore (which in some cases can be nearly 200k miles!!)

 

the engine was cold and it was about 40 degrees out side the engine has 160k on it

 

A cold engine will yield higher results (probably 5-10 psi). 80-90 psi isn't that bad for an engine. It could blow 1 mile from now or 100,000 miles from now. Currently, I wouldn't be particually worried about it.

 

ya dude... with 160k on it... i'd say as long as both rotors compress you're good
did u use a rotary compression tester?

 

That's actually pretty good compression for a 160K engine, about what mine had at that point. If yours goes like mine, by 175K you'll be down to about 90...

Rotary compression testers give numbers from something like 0 - 8. Somewhere around in there.
