Completed the 13b engine.. (pics)

Well, after discovering that the parts kit I ordered had apparently been opened before it was shipped, I noticed that several ANNOYING things were wrong/missing.

It had the oil seal o-rings as I had ordered, but the green viton rings were the same size as the black rubber o-rings. the green ones were supposed to be smaller.

they had the right part number but had the wrong parts in them.

then there was MORE nonsense.
I had ONE oil filter neck o-ring. (instead of two)
and the replacement crush washer for the oil pan was missing.

Thank god I have spares lying around.

Heres the completed engine....

I have to have this car finished by the 17th on this next month, (nearly complete restoration in and out)

I will take orders for more engines after that.

I have a dealer account.
Same as other shops.

Only I have lower volumes, so shipping is a bit more intense on me.

If I could get 2-3 pre-orders with deposits, I could make longblocks all day long cheaper than the other guys.
I have no employees and no retail shop space to rent.

Besides, im still unemployed (now 6 months) and could use the business.

Thanks!
Its more in the same line of work that Im doing like the 1990 GXL i just restored and sold.

It was a nice peice of work.
A forum member bought it.. "sbarky" I think is his name.

the URL for the website i did on the car is:

http://www.users.ms11.net/~burnsl

look here to get a good look at it inside and out.

I'll have one more site about this new red 1991 coupe.
