Cold Start Problem
Whenever i try to start the car when its cold and cold outside, it almost always turns over gets to about 300 rpm and then dies again. i learned to pull a couple of fuses and stuff to get it started, but i was wondering how to acually fix the problem.

IF the engine will start well once the engine is warm, then you might suspect the water thermo sensors plug is off or there is an open circuit to it.
IF the sensor or wires are not connected, the ECU defaults to see a water temp of 176 degrees and during the Start cycle less fuel will be injected if the engine is ACUTALLY cold.
This is an outside shot at what might be wrong.

when i start my car in the summer i have to hold the gas pedal like my My5ABaby. Once it warms up i can let go of the pedal and it idles on its own. Sometimes a lil high at 900 RPMs.
Now that its cold i can start the car and it starts and i dont have to hold the gas pedal for too long, practially after it starts i mimic the way it USED TO START. It will rev to 3k and come down gradually.
How can i fix this idle issue, can it be the water thermo sensor that maybe shot?
I heard something about a thermo pellet?
