Cold idle Q

i cant seem to kick my cold idle surging, anyone have any ideas? i have a jspec swap with the acv blocked, but have retained the bac valve. i have checked all of the gaskets and such and it only surges during cold idle. after it warms up a bit it stops. any help is greatly appreciated, although this isnt a huge deal to me it is annoying. everyone thinks your car is all messed up when you start it up at first leaving anywhere.

Yeah^^^, jumper your initial set connector and see where she's at while she's warm. Although when that's off, you usually see it all the time...

You sure you don't have a vac leak that's sealing up when she warms up? I had something like that once, on a block-off plate...
